     Policies and rules are to be viewed after the end of every pay period no later than 2pm the Thursday following the end of the pay period.  Contact the office and have it documented with personnel if you do not agree with the stated changes.  Talk to the office to have the changes or policies explained to you if necessary.  These electronic communications are agreed to be valid communications for employment purposes, and all employees are subject to these rules and changes as stated.  
   Print the list as needed for your records.  Older records will be deleted as time goes forward.

250509 Happy Health Services is happy to announce a significant upgrade to your SandData process. We feel it is worth the cost to the agency to assist the employees with a better, simpler, and glitch free process. Your time is valuable to the agency and your clients. The new process will save time for the employees and staff. The change over will be gradual over the next few weeks. Please be patient with your staff as they learn how to manage the new processes. Other processes must be kept in full compliance as well. Ories must start following the law for Medicaid compliance as Medicaid begins to crack down on compliance. New authorizations must have a new orie prior to service delivery by regulation. Other compliance items such as tb, cpr, and inservice training have been compliant by most pcas. Your staff looks forward to working with you on the new and exciting transition.  
250411 NEW EMPLOYEE COST GOING UP due to regulations and inflationary factors. We understand how much more difficult this makes employment for new employees. Do all you can to use government or other methods to meet new hire requirements when applying for work. The agency will continue to make annual and initial training as time efficient and productive as possible at the agency expense. Our methods to date save the employee much time every year with use of direct and productive methods for annual training. All other cost will still be required to be managed by the employee including all legally allowed cost of background checks and their 5 year renewals. We will continue to work diligently to bring down cost so those funds can be on employee checks as well deserved pay. Thank you for all you do.  
250408 USE SITE UPLOAD TO SEND DOCUMENTS TO HH. Happy Health does not accept attachments from phones or pc due to security protocols. Use any upload link in HH website on the in service or message board tab to upload all documents. All photos can be uploaded and almost all document types can be uploaded from your phone or pc. Any other method is unacceptable and you document may be lost by security process in our system. Call the agency for instruction if needed.  
241218 INSERVICE TRAINING DUE: Friday 10th at 4p 1-2 hours and Saturday 11th noon 1-2 hours. This is State required training. We the most efficient and expedient methods for your valuable time using a combination of online and required in person attendance. Please attend the classes on time to help your staff with this task and prevent your Direct Deposit from not being restarted. Paper checks may begin and be available from the office until your training is complete.
